Orders received and paid before 12:00 noon on a business day are dispatched the same day. For bank transfer payments, the payment must be credited to our account before the order can be dispatched.

Store pick-up – free

You can collect your order at our bububu.sk store at Páričkova 18, Bratislava – Zwirn.

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Cash-on-delivery orders can be paid to the courier in cash or by card.

Delivery: usually the next business day and no later than within 48 hours.

Collect your parcel at your selected Packeta pick-up point or Z-BOX.

Cash-on-delivery orders can be paid by card or in cash at the pick-up point.

International delivery

Yes – we ship worldwide!

Delivery time depends on the destination country. Within the EU, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and, in some cases, on the weight of the parcel. For this reason, different prices according to parcel weight are listed for some countries.

In rare cases, the shipping cost may need to be adjusted manually. If this happens, we will always contact you by email before dispatching your order.

Delivery outside the European Union Local customs authorities may charge import VAT, customs duties or other import fees for deliveries outside the EU. These charges are not included in the price of your order and must be paid by the recipient.
