General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of JOiO, s.r.o., with its registered office at Stupava 5574, 90031 Stupava, Company ID: 52624960, Tax ID: 2121129252, VAT ID: SK2121129252, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No. 141542/B, VAT payer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and our customers arising from the contractual relationship established by a concluded purchase agreement.

Basic Terms
Basic terms are defined according to the needs of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Seller is JOiO, s.r.o., which operates the online store. Its business activity is the sale of goods through the online store located at www.bububu.sk.
The Customer is the buyer who enters into a contractual relationship with the Seller based on a purchase agreement.

Registration
We declare that personal data are used exclusively for the purposes of identification and processing of orders within JOiO, s.r.o. and will not be provided to third parties or otherwise misused.
By confirming registration, the buyer agrees to receive commercial and marketing e-mails from the online store www.bububu.sk.
Consent to receive commercial communications may be withdrawn at any time.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time via the link included in the e-mail or by contacting bububu@bububu.sk.
Orders can also be placed without registration.

Order Acceptance and Processing, Purchase Agreement
The buyer’s order is considered a proposal for concluding a purchase agreement.
The automatic confirmation of receipt of the order sent to the buyer immediately after submitting the order serves solely as confirmation that the order has been received into the Seller’s system and is not considered binding acceptance of the proposal to conclude a purchase agreement.
The purchase agreement between the buyer and the Seller is concluded only upon dispatch of the ordered goods to the buyer by the Seller.
By concluding the purchase agreement, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these General Terms and Conditions, including the complaints procedure, and agree with them.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order or part thereof, especially in the following cases: the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied, an obvious technical error occurred on the online store, the goods were listed with an obviously incorrect price, suspicion of fraudulent conduct, abuse of discounts, gift vouchers or marketing campaigns, repeated failure to collect shipments.
Should any of the above situations occur, the Seller will contact the buyer without undue delay in order to agree on further steps. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the order amount, this amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the payment, unless agreed otherwise by both parties.
The Seller reserves the right to verify an order by phone or e-mail in justified cases.
All orders received through the online store are binding. The buyer may cancel the order until the moment of dispatch.
If the buyer repeatedly fails to collect an ordered shipment without prior withdrawal from the agreement or cancellation of the order, the Seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement of demonstrably incurred costs associated with unsuccessful delivery of the shipment.
The buyer is automatically informed about receipt of the order by e-mail.
Availability information is stated for each product. If the goods are not in stock or unavailable from the supplier, the Seller will inform the buyer without undue delay about the expected delivery date.
If the buyer is unable to receive the shipment for any reason, they are obliged to inform the Seller immediately by phone or e-mail.
Order cancellation may be sent by e-mail. When cancelling an order, it is necessary to state the name, e-mail address and order number.

Delivery Conditions, Prices and Payment Terms
Prices of Goods and Shipping Costs
The prices of goods are stated including VAT and all other fees, except delivery costs, which are charged separately according to the selected delivery method.
Shipping costs are added to the price of goods according to the delivery method and destination address. Delivery costs are displayed before completing the order. Current shipping prices can also be viewed HERE.
We also ship goods to EU countries. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the destination country. For an exact shipping quote, please contact us at: bububu@bububu.sk.
Price Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment Methods
The buyer may pay for the goods using the following methods:
• online card payment
• bank transfer
• cash on delivery

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order must be paid within 12 hours.
If the payment is not credited to our account within 48 hours (working days) from placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery of Goods
The Seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer at the address specified in the order.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
The customer is informed about dispatch of the order by e-mail.
The Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by an incorrectly entered delivery address.

Delivery and Complaint Conditions
If the recipient is not reached, the courier company will inform them by e-mail or SMS and may arrange repeated delivery.
If the parcel is visibly damaged or the protective tape is broken, a complaint must be filed directly with the carrier. The supplier is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment the shipment is accepted from the carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for delayed or impossible delivery caused by an incorrectly entered address or obstacles on the buyer’s side.

Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns)
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
If the buyer decides to withdraw from the agreement, they are obliged to return the goods undamaged, complete and without signs of use. The goods must be sent to: JOiO, s.r.o., Páričkova 18, 82108 Bratislava.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in writing or by e-mail to bububu@bububu.sk.
It is necessary to state the order number, purchase date and bank account number for the refund.
In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the purchase price including the lowest delivery costs charged during the purchase will be refunded. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
In the case of marketing campaigns or discounts tied to the purchase of multiple items, multiple pairs of shoes or fulfilment of a minimum order value, entitlement to the provided discount arises only if the conditions of the given promotion are fulfilled.
If, after partial withdrawal from the agreement or return of part of the goods, the buyer no longer meets the conditions of the discount promotion, the Seller is entitled to proportionally adjust the amount of the granted discount and the refunded amount will be recalculated accordingly in the credit note.

The right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days applies exclusively to consumers – natural persons who, when concluding and performing the agreement, do not act within the scope of their business activity or profession.
Purchases made on behalf of a company (with Company ID or VAT ID stated) are considered business-to-business (B2B) relationships to which this right does not apply. In such cases, goods cannot be returned without giving a reason.
The right to withdraw from the agreement pursuant to Act No. 102/2014 Coll. applies only to consumers from EU member states.
Buyers from non-EU countries are not guaranteed this right under Slovak law.

Complaints Procedure and Warranty
Complaints may only be made for goods purchased from the Seller and upon presentation of proof of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear within 24 months from receipt of the goods.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, mechanical damage or normal wear and tear.
In the event of a complaint, contact the Seller by e-mail at bububu@bububu.sk with a description of the defect and attach a photograph of the damage.
The Seller will inform the buyer about the next steps in resolving the complaint.
The complained goods must be delivered to: JOiO, s.r.o., Páričkova 18, 82108 Bratislava.
Complaints will be resolved no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Personal Data Protection
The Seller undertakes that all personal data provided by the buyer will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the order and will not be provided to third parties.
The buyer has the right to request deletion of their personal data from the database at any time.
These data are protected in accordance with personal data protection legislation.
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The buyer has the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of their personal data.
Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or in accordance with legal regulations.

Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from 24 October 2025 and the Seller reserves the right to amend them at any time.
The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order apply to each order.
The consumer has the right to contact the Seller with a complaint via the e-mail address bububu@bububu.sk, where the Seller will attempt to resolve the complaint.
If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, the consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI): www.soi.sk
