Payment options in Slovakia: online card, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery (+1.99 €). Courier COD can usually be paid in cash or by card; Packeta COD can be paid at the pick-up point. Czech orders can be paid by online payment, PayPal or bank transfer in EUR.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received and paid by 12:00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day. For bank transfer payments, the funds must reach our account first.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier company or Packeta will send you the delivery and tracking information directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The available delivery price and estimated time depend on the destination country.
What if my country is not listed?
Email bububu@bububu.sk and we will check the delivery options for you.
Can there be additional charges outside the EU VAT area?
Yes. Local import taxes, any applicable customs duty and carrier clearance or handling fees are not included in the checkout price and are paid by the recipient.
Why is the minimum order for Great Britain €170?
For direct sales of imported goods in consignments worth £135 or less, the seller must charge UK VAT at checkout. We therefore accept orders only above the threshold and use €170 as a buffer for exchange-rate movements.
