Shipping and Delivery

Orders received and paid by 12:00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day. For bank transfer payments, the payment must be credited to our account before the order can be dispatched.

Courier delivery – 3.90 €

Payment: online card payment, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery (+1.99 €).

Cash on delivery can usually be paid in cash or by card.

Packeta / Zásielkovňa – 2.90 €

Payment: online card payment, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery (+1.99 €).

Pick-up at your chosen Packeta branch or Z-Box.

Cash on delivery can be paid by card or in cash directly at the pick-up point.

Bank transfer payment

The order must be paid by 12:00 on a business day to be shipped the same day.

The payment must be credited within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.

Delivery: usually the next business day, within 48 hours at the latest.

We ship worldwide.

Delivery time depends on the destination country. Within the EU, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and, in some cases, also the weight of the package. That is why you may see different prices for shipments under and over a certain weight limit.

In rare cases, the shipping cost may be adjusted manually. If that happens, we will always inform you by email before sending your order.

In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply to larger shipments.

Delivery outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs authorities may charge import fees, VAT or customs duties. These charges are not included in the order price and are paid by the recipient.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier company or Packeta will send you the delivery and tracking information directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Slovakia, the Czech Republic and many international destinations. For international delivery, the price and delivery time depend on the destination country.

What if my country is not listed?

Can there be additional charges for delivery outside the EU?
