How to choose the size
The measurements provided are approximate. Measure both feet before ordering and choose the size according to the larger one, allowing suitable extra room.

Transitioning to barefoot
If you are new to barefoot footwear, wear it for shorter periods during the first few days and gradually increase the time. The included transition insole with a slightly raised heel may help. Once your feet adapt, you can replace it with the completely flat insole and make full use of the model’s natural barefoot properties.

Care
Remove dust and dry dirt with a soft brush and other marks with a damp cloth. Use a waterproofing product suitable for combined synthetic and textile materials. Do not machine-wash the shoes; after wear, allow them to air-dry away from radiators and direct heat, and dry the insoles separately.
