The original insole for all Sole Runner models or for inserting into other shoes.

This Sole Runner insole is suitable for insulation or width adjustment for all Sole Runner shoes, wide or extra wide, and therefore fits in all sporty Sole Runner models.
This insole is only suitable to a limited extent for moccasins with a “normal” shape. You may have to trim them a little in the toe area.

It provides some insulation in the colder seasons and is ideal for width adjustment. The thin blue foam on the heel is not a heel, has no drop, but is quite comfortable for some. Especially if you have not yet fully mastered the midfoot or forefoot gait. The midfoot or forefoot walker barely touches this part of the insole.
