General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations of JOiO, s.r.o., with its registered office at Stupava 5574, 90031 Stupava, Company ID (IČO): 52624960, Tax ID (DIČ): 2121129252, VAT ID: SK2121129252, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No. 141542/B, VAT payer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and our customers, arising from the contractual relationship based on a concluded purchase contract.

Definitions
Based on the requirements defined in these general terms and conditions, the following terms are specified:
The Seller is the company JOiO, s.r.o., which operates the online store. Its purpose is to sell goods through the online store located on the website www.bububu.sk.
The Customer is the buyer who enters into a contractual relationship with the Seller based on a purchase contract.

Registration
“We declare that the data provided serves solely for identification purposes when purchasing from JOiO, s.r.o., and will not be shared with third parties or misused in any way. By confirming registration, I agree to receive promotional emails from the online store www.bububu.sk, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll.”
You may unsubscribe from our newsletter service at any time by sending an email to bububu@bububu.sk.
Orders can also be placed without registration.

Order Acceptance and Processing, Purchase Contract
A customer’s order represents a proposal for a purchase contract, and the purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment when both the Buyer and Seller express binding consent to this proposal (confirmation of the order by the Seller).
From that moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the Buyer and the Seller.
By concluding the purchase contract, the Buyer confirms that they have read these general terms and conditions, including the complaints procedure, and agree with them. The Buyer is sufficiently informed of these terms and conditions and the complaints policy by placing the order and has the opportunity to review them.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part thereof before the purchase contract is concluded in the following cases:
• the goods are no longer produced or supplied,
• or the price of the supplied goods has significantly changed.
In such a case, the Seller will immediately contact the Buyer to agree on the next steps. If the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be refunded to their account. In this situation, the purchase contract will not be concluded.
All orders received through this store are binding. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order is not cancelled before shipment and has already been dispatched, the Seller may request compensation for the shipping costs incurred.
Upon order acceptance, you will automatically receive an email notification. Each item in the store shows whether it is in stock or not. If the product is out of stock or unavailable at the supplier, we will inform you promptly about the estimated delivery date.
If the Buyer, for any reason, is unable to receive the shipment, they are obliged to immediately inform the Seller by phone or email.
In case the shipment is not accepted from the courier company, the Seller is entitled to charge the Buyer a contractual penalty of €10 (including VAT), which will be duly invoiced. The Buyer is obliged to pay this within 7 days of issuance.
The Buyer may cancel an order via email. When cancelling, it is necessary to provide your name, email, and order number.

Delivery Conditions, Prices and Payment Terms
Prices and Shipping
Product prices are listed including VAT and all other charges, except for shipping costs, which are charged separately according to the selected delivery method.
Shipping costs are added to the price of the goods depending on the delivery method and address.
The shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.
We also ship goods to EU countries; shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the destination country.

Price Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment Methods
The Buyer may pay for goods using the following methods:
• Online card payment
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery

In the case of a bank transfer, the order must be paid within 12 hours.
If payment is not received within 48 hours (working days) after placing the order, it will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery of Goods
The Seller will deliver the goods to the Buyer at the address specified in the order.
The Buyer bears the shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
The Buyer will be notified by email once the order has been dispatched.
The Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by an incorrectly provided address or obstacles on the Buyer’s side.

Delivery and Complaint Conditions
If the Buyer is not available at the time of delivery, they will receive a notification from the courier company by email or SMS and may request redelivery.
If the package is visibly damaged or the security tape is broken, please file a complaint directly with the carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for damages caused during transport.
The risk of damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon acceptance of the shipment from the carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or obstacles on the Buyer’s side.

Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
If the Buyer decides to withdraw, they must return the goods undamaged, complete, and without signs of use.
Goods must be sent to: JOiO, s.r.o., Páričkova 18, 82108 Bratislava, Slovakia.
Withdrawal can be made in writing or by email to bububu@bububu.sk.
The Buyer must provide the order number, purchase date, and bank account number for the refund.
In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price including the lowest shipping cost charged at the time of purchase will be refunded.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers – natural persons who do not act within the scope of their business or profession under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
Purchases made by companies (with a company name or VAT number) are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. In such cases, goods cannot be returned without a justified reason.
The right of withdrawal under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. applies only to consumers from EU member states.
Buyers from countries outside the EU are not guaranteed this right under Slovak law.

Complaint Policy and Warranty
Complaints can only be made for goods purchased from the Seller and supported by proof of purchase.
The complaint applies to manufacturing defects that appear within 24 months of receiving the goods.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, mechanical damage, or normal wear and tear.
In case of a complaint, please contact us by email at bububu@bububu.sk, including a description of the defect and a photo of the damage.
The Seller will inform the Buyer of the next steps in the complaint process.
The claimed goods must be delivered to: JOiO, s.r.o., Páričkova 18, 82108 Bratislava, Slovakia.
Complaints will be resolved no later than 30 days from their receipt.

Personal Data Protection
The Seller undertakes that all personal data provided by the Buyer will be used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
The Buyer has the right to request deletion of their data from the database at any time.
Personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data.
We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or as required by law.

Final Provisions
These general terms and conditions are valid from 24 October 2025, and the Seller reserves the right to amend them at any time.
Each order is governed by the version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of order submission.
Dispute Resolution:
The consumer has the right to contact the Seller with any complaint via email at bububu@bububu.sk, where the Seller will attempt to resolve it amicably.
If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, the consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
